TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Conditions
These General Sales Conditions detailed below determine exclusively the contractual relations between all customers and the merchant belonging to the company Vid, Lda, with a share capital of 35,000 EUROS, whose headquarters are located at Av Carlos Lopes, No. 42 Pav B6/B7 - Pavilhões FAS 2560-629 Torres Vedras.
The general sales conditions are the only ones and replace all other conditions, except for prior and express agreement in writing. Vid, Lda may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions. In this sense, we advise reading them each time you visit the website (---) (hereinafter referred to as the "site").
2. Ordering on the Site

2.1 To submit an order, the User must:
A) Register on the site, providing the requested information (assuming its accuracy). To register, click here.
B)Log in (with the email and password combination chosen by the User at the time of registration).
C) Complete the information and choose the options available to you throughout the checkout process (delivery and billing address; shipping method; payment method).
2.2. The submission of the order by the User constitutes full acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the general sales conditions.
3. Payment Methods
We offer three payment methods:

4. Secure Payment
Payment for purchased products and shipping expenses must be made by the user at the time of online order confirmation, if opting for payment by credit card.
Vid, Lda is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards that may be made by third parties at the time of paying for the ordered products.
Payment by credit card is subject to the following conditions:
Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard. The products will be shipped to the address indicated for delivery. Delivery invoices will not include information concerning deliveries to different addresses.
Payment by bank transfer is subject to the following conditions:
The bank transfer must be completed within 48 hours. To simplify the processing of your order, you should:
A) If you choose to pay using online banking services: at the time of payment, you should enter the order reference in the available information field (you can verify this reference after completing the online order).
B) If you choose to pay at the counter or at an ATM: after making the bank transfer, you must send a copy of the proof by email to clientes@vidpt.pt, indicating the order number.
Once payment is confirmed, Vid, Lda will proceed with the shipment to the indicated address, according to the delivery times.
5. Product Information
The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of Vid, Lda.
Regarding technical specifications and product descriptions from our partners or suppliers, Vid, Lda declines all responsibility for the validity of their content. For any technical information about the products, you can also use the phone: 261 326 409, or email: clientes@vidpt.pt.
6. Availability
The availability of the products we present in the online store is subject to the volume of stocks available in our facilities and those of the respective suppliers.
In case of unavailability of the ordered product(s), Vid, Lda will inform the customer as soon as this information is confirmed, presenting a new delivery time, or possibly, a replacement product, which the customer has the right to accept or reject.
In a situation where there is total or partial unavailability of the order, and/or refusal of the delivery date or replacement products by the customer, the refund will be made by bank transfer, the following week after the customer's payment, or through PayPal refund, if that was the payment method.
7. Delivery
Products purchased at Vid, Lda are delivered in mainland Portugal, as well as in the Azores and Madeira islands. The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated when placing the order.
In case products need to be returned, such return must be made within 15 working days after delivery. Any complaints made after this date will not be accepted. Only returns of products in their original condition will be accepted, i.e., in their original packaging with accessories and instruction manuals.

8. Guarantees
For all products purchased at Vid, Lda, the customer benefits from the legal warranty for hidden defects. To know the procedures to follow when encountering any problems or failures in a product, you can contact Customer Service by phone: 261 326 409.
Warranties do not cover:
Replacement of consumables or wear parts.
Improper use of products, and consequences associated with improper use considering the intended use of the product and the manufacturer's recommendations.
Vid, Lda is not liable for the consequences of improper installation or misuse of the product in the vehicle.
9. Dispute and Liability
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the court of the domicile of Vid, Lda shall be competent.
Vid, Lda is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with contracts due to force majeure, disruption, partial or total strike, postal services and means of transportation or communication, flood, fire, or war. Vid, Lda is not liable for any indirect damage, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage, or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the site. Although our products have performances compatible with professional uses, the Vid, Lda website is not aimed at a professional audience. Therefore, Vid, Lda cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from professional activity.

In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to the Automotive Sector Arbitration Center, with a website at arbitragemauto.pt and headquarters at Av. da República, 44 – 3rd Floor, 1050 194 Lisbon.
10. Personal Data Protection
The information that the customer communicates through the website is essential for the processing of the order, the establishment of invoices, and warranty contracts; without it, the order will be automatically canceled. By writing on the site, the customer undertakes to provide us with sincere and truthful information. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions, as well as to the Vid, Lda Privacy Policy, which appears on the site.
Vid, Lda is the sole holder of the information concerning customers. Only Vid, Lda and its contractual partners may send information within the framework of specific and punctual promotional operations. These partners have been specially chosen by Vid, Lda and are recognized for the quality of their products and services.
11. Acceptance
These general sales conditions regulate the contractual relations between Vid, Lda and its Customers, in which both parties accept them without reservation.
We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general sales conditions.
By connecting to the site, the customer undertakes to respect the General Conditions as well as the Vid, Lda Policy and they will not be applicable if it is found, by the type of order, that the User is not a final consumer as defined in paragraph a) of no. 3 of article 1 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26th.
